Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Busby, a marketing automation platform operated by Parkor Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account you agree to these terms in full.

Busby is a B2B service intended for use by businesses, not consumers. If you are using Busby on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Busby provides tools to create and manage advertising campaigns on Google and Meta, manage leads via a CRM pipeline, send email journeys, and generate AI-assisted creative assets.

We do not guarantee any particular advertising performance, return on ad spend, lead volumes, or business outcomes. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control including platform algorithms, market conditions, and your own products or services.

All campaigns are subject to a cooling-off window before going live. You are required to review and approve all creative assets before any ad spend is committed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@busby.digital if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not use Busby to run campaigns for illegal products or services, to send unsolicited commercial communications in breach of applicable law, or in any way that violates Google's or Meta's advertising policies.

Plans — Busby is available on Free, Pro (£69/month or £59/month billed annually), and Enterprise (£599/month) plans. Prices exclude UK VAT (20%), which is added at checkout.

Annual billing — annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. No refund is issued for unused months if you cancel mid-year, except where required by law.

Campaign wallet — your campaign wallet holds funds for ad spend on Google and Meta. Wallet funds are held separately from subscription revenue.

Content credits — AI content generation uses credits priced at 20p per credit (excluding VAT). Credits are consumed when you ask Busby to generate copy, images, or video. Uploading your own assets costs zero credits. Unused credits do not roll over after 12 months.

Refunds — subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Wallet balances are refundable in full on cancellation. Contact billing@busby.digital to request a wallet refund.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using Busby. By uploading content you grant Parkor Ltd a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to deliver the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish through Busby (including ad copy and images) complies with applicable law and the policies of Google and Meta. We reserve the right to suspend campaigns that violate platform policies.

Busby uses AI to generate ad copy, images, and other creative assets. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose. You must not publish AI-generated factual claims without verifying them independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkor Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of Busby, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us during that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. On cancellation, your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period and your wallet balance is refunded.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to do so by law or platform policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Busby after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
